Our Mission
At Future Discovery, our mission is to empower the next generation of high school students by creating an inclusive and accessible space for research exploration. We are dedicated to fostering a passion for scientific inquiry among young minds. We are committed to break down barriers in research by providing grant-based financial assistance, and resources ensuring that no aspiring researcher is limited by financial constraints.
We aim to equip students with the tools they need to turn their ambitious ideas into tangible projects particularly by connecting students to valuable mentors. By fostering collaborative relationships between mentors and mentees, we aim to accelerate the learning curve, instill confidence, and inspire groundbreaking discoveries.
Our CEO, Tiffani Gay, founded Future Discovery nearly 4-years-ago. Motivated by the struggles of her high school research journey, Tiffani envisioned a future where no aspiring student would face the same impediments she had encountered. Armed with her experiences, she founded Future Discovery—a beacon of hope for high school students navigating the complexities of research. She knows firsthand the transformative power of mentorship, resources, and financial assistance, and this understanding is woven into the fabric of Future Discovery’s programs.
